What to Expect
This 1 day tour takes you to wildlife & birdlife rich game park of Lake Nakuru. It hosts lion, leopard, the rare Rothschild giraffe and the highly endangered rhino which are well protected with 24-hour surveillance in the special sanctuary. The park is more famous for being home to thousands of the pink colored flamingo that congregate on the lake while feeding on the algae. Besides, it is also home to over 450 species of other birdlife, from the giant while heron, to the stork, sacred ibis, egret and hornbill among others. The park also hosts a picturesque waterfall (Makalia) and very photogenic viewpoint (Baboon Cliff).Â
Day 1
Day 1 :-
Lake Nakuru National park.
Picked from your hotel drive to lake Nakuru , make a stop over at the great rift valley to view the panorama and driving proceeding Lake Nakuru. Arrive there before lunch game drive enroute to the lodge l. Nakuru. Have lunches and then after game drive. At 5 p.m drive on our way back to Nairobi. The price is per person.
