What to Expect
Where luxury meets adventure. Get your cameras ready!! Enjoy 5 days at the mara a tour set for one to experience the best of Kenyan wildlife by visiting the diverse reserve within the country the Maasai Mara is the world cup of wildlife in Africa.
Day 1
Your Driver-Guide reports to your hotel for Start of the safari, with 0800hrs departure for a picturesque drive descending the Great Rift Valley and onwards to Masai Mara, Kenya's famous game reserve. (Drive time 5.5 hours). You will be in your own private and exclusive 4x4 Land cruiser Safari vehicle. You will stop briefly enroute at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint to enjoy the stunning views of the largest Valley in the world, said to be visible from outer space. Arrive at your camp in Masai Mara for a leisurely lunch. Your afternoon game drive starts at 3.30pm, allowing spotting of the amazing wildlife in the reserve ranging from the Big Cats such as Lion, Leopard & Cheetah to Rhino, Elephant and Wildebeest. Our Driver-Guide will try his best to show you not just the ''Big Five'' animals but the ''Big Nine'' as well. Return to your tented camp by 6.30pm. Dinner and overnight at Sand river mara
Day 2
You will be taken on
two game drives today, one in the morning from 6.15am to 9am, before breakfast
and the other in the late afternoon after lunch from 3.30pm to 6.30pm. Early
mornings and late afternoons are considered the best time to spot animals at
their most active. As your safari is private, your game drive timings are
flexible for you to catch the river crossing which is the most notable activity
during this season. You may also choose to have a full day game drive [one for
the whole day] A
picnic hamper lunch will be served out in the wild. Stop at an
authentic Masai Village to interact and learn about the customs and culture of
this colourful tribe. Back to the Camp for Dinner. Over night at Sand River
Masai Mara.
Day 3
a full day tour game viewing in Kenya's finest wildlife park, the Masai Mara National Reserve. The morning and afternoon game drives take you in search of Africa's plethora of wildlife inhabiting this vast Kenyan game reserve. On clear days, the Mara offers fantastic orange tinged sunset’s well-worth capturing on camera. Wherever you go in the vast Masai Mara you will see a frequent amount of wildlife. It is also common to see lions either basking after a heavy meal, or surveying the plains for their next meal. Leopards are harder to spot, but reasonably common. Y Back to the camp in the evening.
Day 4

Day 5
At the break of dawn you embark on your concluding game drive in Masai Mara followed by a leisurely breakfast. Check out by 10am for a return road transfer to Nairobi. (Optional one way flight back to Nairobi available at additional cost). Arrive Nairobi by early afternoon [typically by 3pm]. Drop off at your hotel, or free onward transfer to the airport for your flight back home.
