Shanzu Beach is located northwards from Mombasa. This area has reasonably priced hotels and more crowded beaches.
The long coastline is covered with white sand. Unlike in other beaches, there are no slippery stones here. Palm trees grow along the beach zone and provide good shadow.
Beach line hotels charge a small fee for beach access. All possible water attractions are available at this beach. You can rent a sling chair and an umbrella. In the neighbourhood of Shanzu, there are situated both luxury hotels, working under the all-inclusive system, and more low-budget guest houses.
