What to Expect
Diani is found in Kwale County which stretches right up to the Kenya-Tanzania boundary at the frontier town of Lunga Lunga. The destination is resplendent with fine sandy beaches stretching for miles and lined by award-winning internationally renowned beach resorts. A visitor will be spoilt for choice. Apart from a magical beach experience, a visitor can also visit the nearny Shimba Hills National Park and source for wildlife including lion, high elephant population, the lone leopard and highly rare but maginficent sable antelope with its imposing curved scimitar-shaped horns. The town of Diani is modern with developed infra-structure and quite an entertaining nightlife.ÂÂ
Day 1
You arrive in Ukunda South Coast either by flight, road or train in time for check-in at your world-class beach resort where you'll relax while enjoying a special super-mix gourmet of Afro-Arabo-Far East Cuisine. Dinner and overnight at your beach hotel
Day 2
After breakfast you will go out for a sea experience like no other. With sun-and-sand, swim by the waves and engage in scuba diving beside other water sport options available. Your lunch is fully on course and an afternoon extension of lying down on the fine sandy beaches. Evening return to your resort for refreshment, dinner and overnight
Day 3
On this day, you'll depart after breakfast further down south to your launchpad where your boat will pick you up for a deeper Indian Ocean discovery riding up to the :untouched" islands of Wasini. Here you'll source for dolphins and other marine life. With lunch included and mingling with the locals to learn more about their traditions and culture, you return to Diani in the evening. Dinner and overnight at your beach hotel
Day 4
After breakfast you check out of your hotel and transfer to your departure terminal for your journey back to Nairobi, marking the end of your East African beach holiday
